We specialize in properties in Carmel, Pebble Beach, Carmel Highlands, Carmel Valley and Northern Big Sur. Rates will vary depending on the type of management needed and the location of the property.
Our vacation rental management includes: check in and check out service, cleaning, oversight of repairs,collection and disbursement of rents, collection of security deposits and utility fees, marketing the property on our website and other vacation rental websites, tenant screening and being on call in the event of emergencies or guest assistance.
Our long term rental management includes: marketing of property, screening rental applicants, checking credit and background, collecting deposits and rents, disbursement of rent to the owner, walk thru with the tenant upon move in and move out, eviction when necessary, oversight of repairs and being on call in the event of emergencies or tenant concerns.
